Biography
Samantha Jacobs is an award-winning Philanthropist, Creative Arts Strategist and Documentary Filmmaker whose global influence spans entertainment, art and humanitarian work. She’s an American now based in Kenya and has built a reputation as a dynamic connector whose career embodies solutions-based thinking, cross-cultural fluency and an unwavering commitment to turning vision into results.
As Founder of the consultancy, Success Farm, Ms. Jacobs leads strategic growth and partnership development internationally representing award-winning talent in film, music and visual arts. Her work bridges creativity with business by connecting artists, institutions and opportunities across the United States, Africa, Asia and Europe.
Driven by a deep commitment to service, Ms. Jacobs is Co-Founder and Chairwoman of Me to You Charity, where she has led the fight against period poverty since 2020, delivering reusable menstrual hygiene solutions to more than 9,000 women and girls across Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria, and Zanzibar. In 2023, she launched a free Sewing Academy for Hand-Sewn Sanitary Pads, certifying over 1,000 graduates to date. As Service Projects Director for the Rotary Club of Mombasa-Nyali, she extends that impact into education, sustainability, digital literacy initiatives and championing health, including medical camps in Kenya.
Educated at Georgia State University, with roots in broadcast media dating back to the mid-1990s, she has worked behind the scenes in marketing and production in major markets including V-103 Atlanta, 103.5 The Beat and WSVN Channel 7 in Miami. Ms. Jacobs has spent more than two decades mastering the mechanics of storytelling, humanitarianism and strategic communications. That foundation earned her recognition as the 2025 African Trailblazer of the Year at the 14th Voice Achievers Awards in Lagos, Nigeria.
Ms. Jacobs continues to expand her influence as a keynote speaker on topics like Leadership, Philanthropy and Literature. More than an executive, she is a path maker and an architect for change creating lasting, positive impact for several generations to come.
