Ken Merritt is the Founder and Managing Partner of Merritt Advisory Group. He is a strategic leader with a unique combination of broad enterprise strategy expertise, deep functional prowess, and world-class financial acumen. His specific expertise includes helping executives align organizational goals, functional capabilities, and personal leadership gravitas.
Ken has worked extensively in financial services, consumer and industrial products, and private equity. He has served as an advisory leader at Korn Ferry, Deloitte Consulting, and Accenture. He is a frequent speaker and strategic facilitator for conferences, universities, and leadership meetings. Ken served on the Beta Gamma Sigma Board of Governors from 2021 to 2025.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Willie A. Deese College of Business & Economics at North Carolina A&T State University, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance, Strategy, and Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
